Changed Water Filter, Solenoid Water Valve, & Ice Maker: Still No Ice

My ice maker stopped working and I hadn't changed the filter in a while. I put a new filter in and got good water flow to the dispenser but no water to the ice maker. I put in a new Solenoid Water Valve, got good flow to the dispenser but, again, no water to the ice maker. I then put in a new ice maker and got the same result (and the ice maker does cycle). Can anyone help?
