First off I do not know much about this stuff. Just trying to help my mom out. She has a KitchenAid Superba side by side that is not cooling. Opening up the fridge side both temp controls for freezer and fridge read 21 degrees. It feels way warmer than 21 degrees in both. Freezer has red light that blinks twice, pauses, blinks twice, pauses, etc... I removed back bottom cover of unit and I can hear a faint humming sound. The fan was not moving so I unplugged it for about 20 mins plugged it back in and it circulated for about 5 seconds and then stopped. The water supply for fridge has been disconnected before this happened for about a year. Also this has been a problem for her for about 2-3 months. She went out a bought a mini fridge to keep things cool. Any help (in simple words haha) would be greatly appreciated! Thank you.
