I'm looking into buying a newer dryer and have propane only at home. No natural gas lines. Well actually my wife is looking at a dryer...
Lowes and Home Depot informed her the conversion kit would be close to 100 bucks for any gas dryer she looked at. I've converted older gas dryers to propane for much less. Is there something new about newer gas models that is more expensive to convert, or are they just making additional money off of parts and labor to convert before you walk out the store with it?
