Maytag acts like it's always out of balance

Maytag Dependable Care Quiet Plus / HD 2 speed Super Capacity 10 cycle

Well the title pretty much says it all. I re-leveled the washer and put it back but the action is still the same. Regardless of load size, it wants to act as if it has been loaded off balance. It has been the only problem I have ever had in all it's years.
Also, assuming you know what my problem is, what would you recommend as a 15 year tune up kit?
