Hi,
I cleaned out the dishwasher as I do yearly, to remove debris etc. I found some paper towel pieces at the chopper and behind, and broken glass. After cleaning it out, I rinsed it with vinegar.
After 2 washing cycles, it stopped with the clean light blinking 7 times. It was half way through the wash cycle, as the soap piece was half way used up and laying inside the dishwasher. I reset it, let it do its diagnostics, and then it works again for a couple of times, and stops again.
I am thinking it my be a water flow problem, or something that may be stuck somewhere since I cleaned it. I removed the rubber flapper valve, checked around it and put it back together, and still the same result. I did notice something that looks like string behind the chopper (at the spring).
Any ideas? I feel that it cannot be the water heating element, as it was working 100% before the cleaning. Maybe I am not putting unit back together again correctly, but I doubt it as I have done it many times over the years.
Thanks
