Dishwasher quit working

I sure am having a rash of appliance problems lately. Now it looks like the control panel on the dishwasher of one of our units has quit. There are a couple of lights on steadily even after I reset the breaker. Is there an easy way to tell if it is the control board or touch panel (or both) that is acting up?
