I purchased a used Maytag Neptune MAH9700AWW front load washer. I got it home hooked it up and it worked great for about 3 days. Then it started with an intermittent E3 error code.
Here is the list of what it does:
I do not think it is a motor but maybe a pulley belt or something related. It doesnt make any noises or sounds. Very quiet.
I will add that when I found these on sale, I had no choice to lay the washer down on its side. I had a short drive home and made sure not to bang the drum around. I was told that if you do that you will need to make an adjustment or balance the machine. I have never hear of such a thing.
Any ideas? (Sorry I do not have access to the serial number but it was MFG date is 09/2005)
Here is the list of what it does:
- will run through wash cycle and E3 at spin
- will run complete cycle including spin if completely empty
- acts like it wants to spin but seems hesitant when there is a full load.
