Washer was working fine.

Then lid switch went out. Replaced the lid switch and started working again.

Shortly after stopped draining and will not spin on any mode.

Jumped the switch and still not working.

Pulled the front off washer and checked pump, tub and inside of tub for obstructions.

Belts are fine and pump spins freely.

When I turn timer to spin it goes through spin cycle on timer and ticks like a bomb (ha ha)

The timer will go through all the cycles and perform properly.

Wash, rinse and agitate all work but when it gets to spin it stays full of water and never starts spinning.

Is this a timer issue? I dont believe it drains during the entire wash.

My guess is pump or timer but I dont know how to test a pump. Is the pump ran by the motor im guessing?

How can I test the motor to make sure its turning the pump on? How can I test the timer?
