Compressor and fan doesn't run but lights and water maker do

This past Sunday I noticed that our fridge temp was warmer than normal. Sure enough the next day it was 65 inside the fridge. The freezer wasn't cool either. After doing some research I ordered part number 67005560 "overload". Best I could tell this is a relay/compactor that attaches to the side of the compressor. I received this today, replaced it and nothing.

Any help would be appreciated.
