This is the third time in less than 2 years. First repair was the button panel and board the second was one of the the other control boards. They repair guy did not specify unfortunately.............
The unit stopped last night after it pumped out the water to start a spin cycle and sat as if it wanted to complete the cycle but would not. I unplugged the unit for a couple minutes to reset it as this has helped before......plugged it in again then restarted the load. It would not start. I manually unlocked the unit and removed the garments then unplugged and plugged in again to reset the unit. I then ran a diagnostic test. The wash cycle led gave me 5 flashes a pause then 4 flashes. The sheet with the codes that came with the washer does not indicate what the error code is...................it does however indicate what others mean :(
