gladiator freezerator

I have a gladiator freezerator since '07 never had a problem with it until march of '13 then the drain tube froze up. I took the freezer apart and cleaned the tube and everything has been running great until a week ago then the freezer stopped getting cold. I have done some searching on this sight and seen some comments about checking the comp starter relay I took it out and shook it but did not hear anything rattling. so I re-installed it plug the freezer in the fan kicks on right next to the comp the comp kicks on for maybe 10sec then shuts off.. then after a few mins the comp will turn back on for a few maybe 10 secs then shut off again. I let the freezer do this several times to see if it would change but it didn't

anybody have any idea's? could it still be the starter relay? the comp starters but doesn't stay running for very long..
