I bought a used Electrolux e42bs75eps knowing that it needed repair. I thought I would take a gamble and fix it myself. The seller told me that the fridge needed a mainboard. I took out the main board and noticed that one of the two fuses, the one on the left, was blown. So I replace it with the same type 6.3A, put everything back together and plugged it in. Everything seemed to be going great. The fridge started to cooldown , but after the fridge reached its set temp (37f), I noticed the freezer temp was not lowering, but went up by 2 degrees. After a couple of hours I decided to check the temp again and still no change. Shortly after that it died. No lights, no display, no sounds. Assuming the same fuse has blown and the mother board is okay, is there any other place I should look for trouble before replacing the mainboard?
