The in-door water dispenser stopped working. A service tech checked it out and told me that the line inside the door is frozen due to poor insulation.
I spoke to GE Service and all she would offer is an appointment by their service tech. I don't need two service techs to tell me the same thing at twice the cost.
How can I resolve the problem? I'm told that GE offers a 'free' heater kit that i can install myself. But, the gal I spoke with played dumb.
