Greetings,
Noticed last night that the freezer was warmer than it should be, and immediately also noticed the fridge was warming as well; did a power cycle and while I can hear the fan in the freezer, it was apparent that it wasn't cooling properly.
Pulled everything out and relocated items and let it run overnight.
This morning, after some reading (here and elsewhere) I took the back panel off inside the freezer; the coils are not frozen over, as I had suspected they may be, indicating an issue with the defrost mechanism.
I'm not overly refrigerator-repair-savvy, so am looking for some help for next steps, as I'm hopeful I can repair this myself.
Regards,
-B
