GE profile artica temp controls not lit

I have a ge profile artica refrigerator. Freezer on top. The temp controls are not lit up. I pulled the panel down and checked the connection to the board and it is ok.is there voltage that I should have to the plug I can check ? There is no model or s/n anywhere on the unit. Here is a pic of the controls. board p/n is ebx1006g001

There are 3 wires blue with yellow tracer red with black tracer and white with blue tracer. From white to red and blue I have 13vdc.
