Quiet Partner II - Light Wash Only

I have a white Quiet Partner II. It currently works only on "Light Wash" setting, but it does appear to work through the entire Light Wash cycle in an appropriate manner.

I'm guessing the problem is either in the control panel or the control circuit board. Any suggestions on which one it might be?
