Having some issues with my HE5T washer. Washer is about 7 years old and having the SUD/F35 error codes pop up. We always use HE detergent, have already replaced the pressure switch (was able to do about 50 loads when the codes started popping up again - first the SUD error, now it seems to do both), and also tried running the diagnostic test. Initially it never got past the C:00 without giving the F35 error. Took off the top lid, disconnected hose to the pressure switch and blew threw hose with small tire air compressor. Rehooked the hose and re-ran diagnostics test, this time it went thru the whole test without a problem!
Now when washing clothes, we are always getting the SUD error as soon as the water starts coming in to the drum. We then let the machine sit with the flashing SUD error, sometimes the washer will actually start by itself and the load will completely wash. However, there are times when we let the SUD error sit, it will then start flashing F35.
We have already cleaned out the trap underneath the front panel (was very clean considering 7 years of use).
When we replaced the pressure switch just a few months ago, the drum was empty (no water, seemed drained). Did not appear to have any blockage in hose and no leak seen. Can you please advise what to try next and can I do it myself? :wall:
