Whirlpool Duet Dryer "Sensing" Status, won't run

I have a Whirpool Duet dryer that is stuck on the "Sensing" status.

I have went into the diagnostic mode and when I open the dryer and run a wet towel across the sensing strips, the dryer beeps and shows "02".

I have no idea what is wrong. Control board, thermal fuse???

Any help that can help me further diagnose the problem would be appreciated
