Kenmore Dryer - High Pitched Squeal

Our dryer is making a constant high pitched suealing noise when we start it. It usually lasts about 5-10 minutes then it's fine. From what I have read, sounds like it might be the rear bearings? Anything else it could be? Just wondering what parts I would need to fix it and in general how hard it might be to fix. I am assuming it would need to be taken apart to get to the rear bearings. Any help would be appreciated!
