Electronic clock timer for hotpoint wall oven

I am installing part WB19X10006, Clock/timer. I have completed everything except for adding a jumper for the self clean capability. I am confused on this point. The instructions say to add a jumper and has a small diagram---BUT I don't understand how to hook this jumper up.
Would appreciate any assistance you can give.
