Our Samsung side by side refrigerator (Model# RS2630SH) both freezer and fridge are not working. The ice was melted. I had to throw out everything. I can hear motor still running but fridge and freezer are not cold at all. The five years extended warranty we bought experied in August 2012. Can you help us to find out what's the problem or if we have to call a technician...thanks for your help
