Fridge randomly stops cooling, unplugging it gets it going again.

This started happening last night, has happened 2x now. It will stop cooling/running at all and is not making any ice. If I power cycle it, it runs fine. I did it last night and this morning it was as cold as could be, but no ice still. Wife says its warm again, unplugged it and its cooling again.

What am I looking at with this?
