As the title says, Our oven seems to be taking longer at baking things that in the past have taken "XXX" amount of time..For example,we put some boneless,skinless chicken in the oven at a preheated 375 degrees and after 45 minutes the internal temp of the chicken is only at 145 degrees...I read in owners manual that you can adjust the temp but we have not had a problem in the past with our cooking times..Does this happen over time with a gas stove? I know our previous stove was electric and the baking element needed replacing several times but I'm not sure what could be amiss on a gas oven...Any insight ???
