Loud grinding noise sample video

My Kenmore Washer is making a grinding sound. Below is the link to the video with sound of the noise. It gets progessively worse with larger loads of clothes. In the video it's just a small-med sized load. Could someone have a listen and tell me what they think the problem could be. Thank you in advance!
