Tech sheet says this is caused by stuck or shorted key switch line, on control or keypad. Per Stuck Key Test, I disconnected the ribbon cable at P1, put things back together, turned on power, and the drain motor ran, indicating the control is OK and therefor keypad must be bad. However, using a VOM, I checked each of the key lines, and they all look OK (infinite resistance, except about 10K when the key switch is depressed). So now what to do? Background info: we were away for the winter - when we returned, the light was blinking. No other appliance or electronics problems found.
